User Persona
to complete the project, I tried to get some surveys from the user about their current experience. Their characteristics and the main insights we got are based on the survey results.

Situation
She's a scholarship student at Thammasat University, Rangsit, studying in the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, specifically Art and Design. Living in the university's dormitory due to its affordability, she struggles with navigation on the large campus. Transportation options are limited, often resulting in delays to class. One notable incident involved her scooter running out of battery mid-journey.

- Don't know the approximate price of using a scooter, causing many times to have to pay a rather high price.
- Don't know the nearest route to the destination. and often got lost, causing many times to be late for class
- Don't know in advance whether the parking spot near her has a scooter/bicycle or not. So it makes estimating time difficult.

- Want to know %Battery Scooter to make an informed decision.
- Want to know the approximate Price of a Scooter for the route you want to go. To help decide whether to use a scooter or a bicycle.
- Want to know the route to the nearest destination to reduce travel time.
- Want to have a reservation system Scooter/Bicycle Advance. To use in case of urgency
